Our Advertising Model
StrateCode DevTools is a free service supported by advertising. This page explains how advertising works on our website and our commitment to transparency.
Why We Show Ads
Advertising revenue allows us to:
- Provide all tools completely free of charge
- Maintain and improve the service
- Add new tools and features
- Cover hosting and infrastructure costs
- Keep the service available without requiring user accounts or subscriptions
How Ads Are Displayed
Ad Placement
Advertisements appear in designated areas on our pages:
- Homepage: Below featured tools and near the bottom of the page
- Tool pages: After the tool interface and after educational content
- Category pages: After tool listings and before the footer
All ad placements are clearly labeled as "Advertisement" to distinguish them from editorial content.
Ad Loading
Ads are loaded in a way that prioritizes your experience:
- Ads load after the main content is visible
- Ad spaces are reserved to prevent layout shifts
- Ads do not block or interfere with tool functionality
- Ads respect your consent preferences (see below)
Types of Ads
We may display the following types of advertisements:
- Display ads (banner ads, image ads)
- Text ads
- Contextual ads related to developer tools
We do not display:
- Pop-up ads
- Auto-playing video ads with sound
- Intrusive interstitial ads
- Ads that cover content (except user-initiated)
- Malicious or deceptive ads
Advertising Partners
We work with third-party advertising networks to display ads. These may include:

These partners may use cookies and similar technologies to:

- Limit ad frequency
Each advertising partner has its own privacy policy governing data collection and use.
